Rear brake rotor

So I noticed my rear rotor had some slight ridges in it, while my front rotors are completely smooth. Is my rotor shot? The pads are worn more than the fronts but they still have some life left. I use the front 90% of the time but I guess the PO was a little harder on the rear, or he had already replaced the front pads because they have plenty of life.

If the rotor is scoured too much would it be really obvious?

I needed a new rear rotor a while back too. I wore out 3 sets of pads front and rear. Front rotors are still alright. The rear was starting to get warped because it was so thin. I could feel the pulsing every time I used it. I got my replacement from a member who was parting out a 9er. Post a WTB in the classifieds. GL.
