Quick double check on new sprocket, no locktite and flat/short side in?

I made a few notes long ago about how to install the sprockets. The short shoulder on the front sprocket goes in towards the engine and the flat side on the rear sprocket goes towards the hub?

There's no locktite used on any of this?

Now I just need to find the torque specks for the sprockets and swing arm.

Book lists "final driven sprocket nut" qty 5, with torque of 80? Those are pretty small for 80 ft lbs.

Can't find the specs for the front sprocket bolt. I'm guessing about 60~80 ft lbs? Anyone know?

How many links should the 520-17/44 conversion have?
