Pro-Wheel Racing Components
Well you read about my self inflicted dilemma with the 6001 bearings. The saga continues, after I purchased a new hub and double checked the bearings I managed to get them laced.......again. Well the front rim had a couple of pinches in the tire bead area that I could not tweak out with the spokes. The rear unit had a short duration dip where the rim was welded together approx 1/8 inch, again could not tweak it out via the spokes.
Emailed Pro-Wheel with no reply. Wife was anxious to ride so seeing as this is a 125 dirt bike and not a much bigger road bike I decided to live with it. Just as I was getting ready to post some unsavory comments about Pro-Wheel customer concern I get this very nice email from Jill Carter, she apologized in the delay getting back to me and offered to replace the rims if I sent them back. Even said they would lace them and send them back complete.
I informed her that they already had tires on them and have already tasted mud. She apologized and is sending me 50% of coupons for the next set.
Class act in my book.
