Powder coating wheels?

I am looking to get my 6 spoke wheels powder coated, do I need to have new bearings put in them after the powder coating?

Bikes:
2004 V-Rod (sold)
2004 CBR600F4i (sold)
2003 RC51
2010 Triump Scrambler (sold)
2003 CB900F
2004 CBR 600rr

Non Bikes:
2007 JK Sahara
2005 CTS V (sold)
2006 Audi S4

Since you picked them up used I would treat them to new bearings and seals, start fresh with no doubts

After removal inspect them for servicability. If they are stiff or knotchy or have been damaged during removal replace them ..... also if they are high miles you might as well change them just to save yourself from having to do them again later.

I re-used mine, but only because I was able to get them out without too much effort and they rolled smoothly.

But yes, you need to remove them before powdercoating.
