One kinda dumb question..

The chain I got installed was 114 links and I didn't pay attention on account I was tired and waiting forever since I was too poor for a chain tool. Now my question is can I take the two "extra" links off now and just adjust for the slack or what's your thoughts?

I read that for the 4th time and understand it now. Just because I'm out of room to adjust my chain should still be good just remove one link then check. Thanks Mr.Lizard
