headlight headaches...

have had an ongoing yet intermittent headlight issue...

first round...thought it was the bulb...dirty switch...cleaned it up works great...

round 2...blown fuse...swapped it out...popped the new one immediately...had a flash to pass installed...assumed that was the culprit and removed it...new fuse after removing it...worked great..

Round 3...blown fuse...nothing else on the circuit...the fuse is only about 6 weeks old...replaced it...and I had light this morning

so...aside from carrying a pocket full of 10 amp fuses...what's making them blow?? any thoughts??

Stock 919 headlight?

Check for chafed wires. I would start in/behind the headlight bucket.

if you love your motorcycle, set it free.. if it comes back and hits you.. you highsided
