Good fork oil, is there a difference?

While we're at it, I was looking for the "all balls" brand seals and seems they aren't made for the 919. Is there any non-OEM brand that would be better than OEM?

Ready to order some seal kits to rebuild the front end once again. Don't remember what brand I used last time, but I see fork oil, racing fork oil and various brands.

What's a good brand and is there synthetic or other blends?

Bone stock setup for now.

Search results for "fork oil"

Last time I went with stock wt, so I don't know if there's any reason to venture from that, any opinions there?

How about these:

I used OEM seals brought from Partzilla. They are well priced and you can trust the quality.
You'll need bushes too.
I went with Maxima fork oil.

All Balls is shit period

OEM are excellent and SKF are better

Forks oil have different properties from different brands and no two SAE viscosities are the same which is why Ohlins oil is rated in Kinematic Viscosity and specificed for their valves only. if you want consistent results you use what is spec'd by your fork manufacturer or you takes your chances with the end result.
