Found during a mod, loose header nuts

While trial fitting a 900rr header, I found two loose header nuts and a third one starting to be loose. It is an 05-919 had 2500 miles on it when I got it and about 5500 now. I have always heard a slight ticking noise when it was warming up, then it went away after it was completely warmed up.They were all on the two center cylinders.
I got the header from Ripper at a very good price, the shipping was more than the cost of the header. Thanks, Ripper. I found a wielding shop and they straightened the kink out of it. I test fitted it and found the loose header nuts. The header is back at the shop for a little adjustment. Then next step is to find a slip on that fits the header. The 900rr header is normally a bolt on exhust the collar was removed on the header where the can would bolt on.
If anyone has a used can inside diameter of about 60mm let me know. I am planning of making it into a gp style.....

the Sato pipe is the one I'd go with... Good quality and the flow of that pipe is going to be in line with the custom mapping I had done.

I just cut off the flange on on angle so the pipe lets out right behind the right peg sounds great and I have no heat issues.
