Fork springs and seals

I have aquired racetech springs and oem bushings and seals from another member.
I have never done this before but I am very handy so this doesn't scare me one bit.
I am looking for advice that anyone may have. Any special tools or procedures? Videos? Links?

This is the video I used when I did mine... most of it is pretty self explanatory but he does a good job of going step by step and breaking it down.
