Fork seals

Just after replacing fork seal on my Suzuki GS500e, reason they were replaced was one was leaking an had started drippin onto edge of tyre. Now after seals replaced the side that wasn't leaking before is now leaking worse than the previous side, in less than five miles run it's running down the fork really bad,

If anyone can suggest anything it be much appreciated
Thanks

What'd you use to drive the seal in?

Were the tubes cleaned really good? Are they pitted at all? Might not be the seals fault.

Have you practiced safe insertion? Was it lubed nicely? If not, you shaved your seals on sharp edges of fork tubes while sliding them on

Tubes are slightly pitted but naw much, were lightly sanded with very light sand paper and put back together, with the same result

It doesn't take much - those tubes have to be super smooth. You could send them off to have them recoated, or find another used set and rebuild your forks again.
