Angry ducati 748 headlight adjustment????

Yup I know this is a dumb question but I can't figure it out. My headlights point down. I got about 10 feet in front of my bike lit up. Even with the brights. I can't figure out how to turn them up?? Does the upper fairing need to come off? That's my next step unless I get a ideal what I'm doing? Its a 02 ducati 748 its a rs that's been converted, and not by me.

I did a quick google search. Looks like someone didn't have their bulb seated properly so the projector wasn't focusing the beam properly. Try reseating the bulb already?

Still looking for an actual adjustment though too...

Wait, my bike is fuel injected???? Just kidding!! I found the adjusters, kind of a pain but seems to be on par with everything else with this bike.
