Does my coolant need to be changed? (See pics)

I bought some coolant. Don't have a new crush washer, and wondering if I should wait. Also attached is a pic of some "ready to use" coolant I bought. Is this enough? Or will I need to add distiller water? Thanks guys.

How many miles on the bike? What year? Has it ever been changed before? Yoy may need a little more than two quarts.

Per the manual, it's supposed to be replaced every 2 years or 24,000 miles. So, yes, you need to change it.

Here's some recent threads on the subject that should be useful. (I just got done doing mine.) You need to flush the system, not just drain and fill.
