My current gauges are going to make me crash! At and idle they are fine but once moving they start bouncing all over...it's driving me crazy! I can't figure out why they do this other than being crap gauges, I put the volt meter to it and it remains stable for the most part while running, it actually goes down a little when throttled up, why?? I'm going to replace the electric oil gauge with manual but I don't know what to do with the temp gauge, any ideas?

Are these the only two gauges you have on the bike? You should really just pick up a trail-tech Vapor universal kit. You get a speedo, tach, water temp etc.

Thanks I've already looked at them but I don't want to hook up a $200 trail tech to a $450 bike

you can't find any gauges for your model on ebay?

most universal gauges are cheap, and you get what you pay for.

Or you find a good aftermarket set, and then you pay out the ass for them and since that's the case, you might as well just get a pair of stock gauges.

Gixmix + no speedometer = speeding tickets

And they are not cheap. Just buy some OEM gauges, think of it as an investment in drivers license preservation.

This is probably true for GixMix's, but my buddy with the cbr got his ticket because he had a speedo, he wanted to see how fast it was going when it redlined in second gear, trooper got him at 110mph

I would like to have the gauges for the fuel, temp and tach
