Carbon causing plug to not fire, No spark

This is in referance to : Ignition coil wires on wrong Cylinder..
Origanally put wires where they were supposed to be, started up still ran like crap, but better than before. 2 left cyliniders were still not getting HOT. Was going to do a compression test and leak down test but started to change plugs first.
3 and 4 plugs looked fine. 1 and 2 had a piece of carbon stuck under the electrode, Causing the 1,2 plugs to not fire.. Changed plugs, started up, and she roared like the beast she used to be.
Old gas fumes,(smoke) poured out of exhaust for about a minute and leveled off. Idle is terrible. took it for a run and at 3000 rpm's she runs okay but high rpm's she just does'nt have the power. Let off the gas and she slows down fast, like I'm downshifting..
Honda Dealer must have adjusted the throttle body screws to compensate for lousy performance and idle.(Since they put the wrong wires to the wrong spark plugs) and mixed up the coils!!
Now as for the 1 and 2 cylinders not getting hot, They share the same groung,so when the wiring is not RIGHT and + and - are mixed up you get all kinds of problems. Also changed oil and alot of gas was in the oil pan, I could smell it! My friend say's that's not possible. Also gonna try widening the gap on plugs just alittle wider and see what happens..
Have to step out for the afternoon but will post when I get home tonight!

Called the gas in the oil.... Only running on two cylinders for so long has likely washed the cylinder walls and caused scoring... Also the excess gas gets down into the oil rather easily when its not burning... DO THE COMPRESSION AND LEAKDOWN TESTS BEFPRE ANY MORE RIDING!

Also called it on spark plugs. Do not bother with widening the gaps. You got bigger fish to fry.

Compression tests are interesting... If you do a wet test with a table spoon of oil in the low cylinders does the result change much? That could indicate damaged rings.
