broken engine mounts?

Broken engine mounts? did you or the previous owner stupidly put frame sliders on the engine mounts and snap em?

Well I have seen the solution! Right in NH. I'd like to add this is NOT my bike. (who owns this??!)

Take a look at this bike

Now take a closer look. That's right get your self a big ol' hunkin piece of steel, and BOOM fixed. hahahaha

The resolution and my bad eyesight are keeping me from fully appreciating the pic.

Here ya go, I brightened it up a bit.

Fugly but functional I guess...... Some nice semi gloss black paint and a grinder to round of the edges would at least make it look better than just leaving it out there and rusty....

I had to go out in the shop and look at the hornet to try and figure out what the hell he had it bolted too. I'm pretty sure that still isn't going to safely hold the engine in place without a lot of flexing around and other movement... I guess it depends on if both sides are that way or not.

That's the way I see it from the pic.

The thing is lunch and riding it is a lose, lose proposition.
