Broke these off my seat. Need help putting them back on - Wrist Twisters

Broke these off my seat. Need help putting them back on

Please see the pic. It's the locking latch

Thats not of the seat it's off the frame, it's the seat release mechanism
The piece on the right sets down into the groove of the piece on the left and then it bolts up under this thing

No problemo, make sure you get the release lever on the end of the lock cylinder positioned correctly before you snap the seat back down. It gets uh-gly if it's on the wrong side of the latch lever
