Bought T Rex Sliders... How should I install these to the frame?

Per advice of the forum, I plan on installing to the frame and ordered to 'long' sliders, which have arrived.

What's the best way to mount to the frame? put a threaded bolt through the frame? Tap the holes in the frame and simply screw in a bolt? what size / strength bolts should I be looking for?

Many thanks. This is all new to me and any advice is appreciated.

The best way is to have a continuous threaded rod through the frame. 10mm in diameter.

Dumb question: how does the 10mm threaded rod connect to the sliders? Put it through the slider with a nut/washer on each side?

make sure you use washers just in case the rubber/plastic/delrim (sp?) on the actual frame slider puck doesn't have the built in washers inside them.
never hurts to add an extra washer on each side....just to be sure you don't squeeze/pinch the rubber of the frame slider too much.
