Air/fuel setting?

Hey, Can somebody tell me the setting for the mixture screws on a 1985 Yamaha Maxim X - XJ700 liquid cooled bike

Introduce yourself XXX, then ask questions, you'll have more luck.

If the Maxim is like most carb bikes you probably turn the mixture screws all the way in until they seat, then back out a couple of turns, give or take. Adjust accordingly until it runs and idles smoothly. But you probably knew that already.

Older Kehins were, in to seat, and out 2 1/4 to crank and then warm up and fiddle. A four tube vacum gauge is also a life saver on four carbs.
