919 fork seal replacement

My right side fork seal is leaking, will try running a piece
of shim stock to remove debris first. I have 0.002" shim stock
at work, will that be too thick? If seal still leaks after that I will
replace it, Honda has lots in stock they said for 30$ a piece.
Anybody can tell me what size pipe they used to drive the seal

a thin piece o plastic works as well... something like a piece of a transparency for an overhead projector, or a thin plastic credit card (goggle tear offs work awesome for this)

As far as the driver for the seal i have always used a piece of flexible pvc tubing... couple inches long, with a cut down the center so you can open it up and snap it around the fork... then pound it in.
