Who wants Heads up display???

http://www.sportvue.com/

Even has radar detection!! (MC2) RPM's, speed, gear indicator. Sounds pretty cool. Figured we could use some motorcycle related topics around here.

I don't know man.......seems like it might mess with your vision while riding? I like to be able to see everything clearly around me without distractions. The other issue I would have with it is that I ride with my eyes wayyyyyyy down the road and I think the close up info may screw with that.

You can adjust focus so your eyes dont have to keep focusing on things close then far....it would be in focus all the time when looking ahead.

My prob is I have one other issue to throw into the mix. I have offcially hit old man status with my eyes and finally had to get glasses for driving/riding.....can't see crap off in the distance w/o them. I wonder if any of the dealers around me might have a demo. I guess it's one of those things I have to see to believe. I'm anal about being hands on b4 I buy.

I never look at the gauges anyway. I don't care what they say.
