Integration is not a new idea. You will need at least 2 diodes to do this, or buy an aftermarket product to facilitate the change.

if you love your motorcycle, set it free.. if it comes back and hits you.. you highsided

Yup its how i have my tail lights wired, I use the running light leads from the front blinkers (which are no longer used due to running led blinkers) i added some wire that goes to the back tail lights, and with some simple diodes and splices added in turn signal functionality to the tail (not brake lights) of my bike.

Only thing aftermarket is your standard ebay 2 wire led blinkers, and a time based flasher unit (so i dont get rapid flashing due to low current draw of the led blinkers)

like stated. 1. it will get you a ticket in some states.

2. and this is more important, visibility.... the rapid flash is not as visible as the slower stock rate of flash
