Single side swingarm

I've been wondering for a while what it would take to get a single side swing arm on my Nina. Then I came across this

What will it take to do this? Anyone have any ideas?

There's been at least one sss swap I can think of on a 919. I'm sure there's others that have at least attempted it and may have advice, parts, etc.

Here's the one I was thinking of, read through, action pics start a ways down.
