Non Corbin Backrest options

I'm looking for a simple removable backrest option for the 9er, for the wife. I'd like to keep utilizing the stock seat. Has anyone heard of any? I know the Corbin has a model with one but I'm no interested in the corbin seat, just the backrest, but it's attached to the seat as a set.

Done some searching to no luck...any ideas?

You could get a hard case to mount on the back with the back rest pad. There is also the Ventura sport rack that mounts to where the grab bar mounts. I've thought the same thing, and I think you could make a back rest pad that would mount to the rack.

TurboCity ( Turbo City - Rock-It Parts ) was working on a rear rack with a backrest but I don't know if they've ever gone beyond the prototype stages. You might give Tom a call and see whats up
Heres the thread on it
