New Tank Bag

Got a new Givi ST-602 tank bag. Wanted something to throw my phone, wallet, gloves, etc into. Love the way it fits! And it's a tanklock quick release so removal is a breeze with little risk of paint scratching like a magnetic bag.

That looks really nice! They didn't have that model when I bought mine, might be time for an upgrade....

I was actually going to get the model before this one, but they ran out. This one has the hole for a power cord and you can get an adapter with USB outlets to keep the iPhone plugged in. Not something I will do anytime soon, but nice that it has an option without modifying the bag.

Plus Amazon messed up the delivery and refunded me the full purchase and let me keep the bag. That, in itself makes paying the $100 prime membership fee worthwhile on top of all the free shipping that I get. Their customer service is BEYOND awesome.

That looks really nice. I haven't previously looked into these bags and didn't realize they had that locking/attachment system. Thanks for sharing.
So these are the Renthal mediums with the risers you had previously mentioned? I think I will go with the mediums although without the risers. What bar end mirrors are those and may I ask what you did for the weights?

Yes they are. You will like them a lot if you like the stock height. The extra width and lack of weird angle is fantastic. As for mirrors, they are the CRG lanesplitter and CRG bar ends that they mount to. Or maybe they're renthal bar ends. Can't remember. When you search for the mirrors on revzilla.com, the ends come up as a suggestion. I really like that they let me see what's behind me. Plus they look great IMO. As for weights, don't need them. I don't experience any vibrations.

NP! You know, a Corbin seat would be a great addition too. I know of one for sale.

I had thought of that. There was a used one for sale locally but not sure on used. This is yours I take it? Why sell? Most likely I will run the stock seat for a few thousand more km but I already don't like that it pushes me into the tank.

Lol. Yeah it's mine. I actually bought a different Corbin to replace it. Just change things up a bit. Without attempting to push a sale, once you get on an aftermarket seat like a Corbin or Sargent, you will not understand how you lived without one for as long as you did.

And the ring is for a CBR600f4. Same spacing as our gas caps.

Perfect. I really like it. Perfect size for an extra visor, glasses, wallet, tire pressure gauge, etc.

That's a nice looking tank bag!

I got one for free last season and love it mainly because I can put my phone in the see-through pouch and still use it plus have quick access, but if I were going to buy one myself I would probably get one like yours or very similar to it.

Can't beat free! I have a RAM Mount for my phone so we'll see how much I use the phone pocket.
