New Bars - LSL Superbike

Hi guys

just thought to share with you how how much better than stock in terms of looks and handling the LSL superbike bars are for the 919.

I know the majority in this forum prefers the Renthal UL but the the high shipping costs for Renthal to this part of the world made me look for other options.

Installation was easy, I also added LSL grips and bar ends, Puig short levers and CF mirrors.

Handling has improved much especially on the twisties, and the riding position feels more natural for this type of bike.

Some pics on the overall look below :

What is the LSL P/N for the bars you got ?
Are there other colours available ?
They look to be nicely shaped.

I believe he is talking about the Superbike Low handlebar. This is the same handlebar that comes in most LSL conversion kits; it came in my GSXR 1000 conversion kit. I install Renthal ULs as well & they both felt very similar.

Thanks for the info.
I was not aware of the LSL bars, even though I've been using their bar ends on my Renthals for years.

I usually find good stuff at a German website called Louis links below.

The handlebars come in all types- Street, flat, roadster, wide, old style, naked bike and so on.

LSL seems a top brand with quality products. Still regreting for not getting their mirrors and levers but I have found the Puig ones at a local store much cheaper.
