Motovation - Good Customer Service Experience

So I had to replace my shredded & bent sliders and left side mirror... check my threads to find out why. I decided to go Motovation for the sliders.

A week before ordering, I emailed Motovation to check if they were in stock, because that would affect where I shipped them to.

They responded that the bar ends and mirror were in stock, but the frame sliders were on back order and could be a while.

So I placed two orders - shipping the bar ends and mirror to the hotel in New York I would be staying at on the weekend, and the frame sliders to my US mailbox since I could go get it whenever.

I got an order confirmation back stating that the two orders would be shipped to the hotel.

So I call them annoyed, this being the third f#ck up from a shop in a week.

“Hi, I would like to check on two orders I placed? I got a confirmation, but I think there was a mistake in the address”

“Is this <my name>?”

“Er… yes. How...?”

“When filling the order I remembered your email. Since the back ordered parts are now in stock, I deduced you would prefer to have your entire order shipped to the hotel so I combined the shipping.”

“…”

“Anything else I can help you with?”

“Uh, no further questions. Good job.”

So to make a long story longer... I got the parts faster than expected, and in great condition.

I've been fighting with so many others right now that its only fair I give props to the one place that did good.
