install lighthouse hornet 600 year 2004 above 919 hornet

Hi guys, the lighthouse of hornet 600 year 2004 that with the two lamps can be 'mounted on the Hornet 919? I wanted to also install the internal chassis that holds the instrument and the two side brackets always hornet 600 year 2004 version. do you think these components can be installed on the 919.

If you're talking about the dual bulb headlight bucket from a 600 Hornet, yep, it's been done.

I believe he is asking if he could also fit the 599 gauges too. I think someone here has done this?

lol! interesting translation.... lighthouse must mean headlight i'm assuming. Yes, you can run the 599 (600 hornet) headlight on the 919. 2003-2004 are the only years that will work. the side brackets alone will not work on the 919, that is for sure. i'm not sure about the internal bracket or the instrument cluster, i vaguely remember reading a thread that stated the 599 instrument cluster wouldn't work.

edit: i found the thread for you - https://www.wristtwisters.com/forums/...tml#post467946 the 599 brackets and inner bracket will NOT work on the 919, neither will the instrument cluster.

you will only be able to fit the 599 headlight on there (highly recommended anyways) with a little bit of tweaking. here's the thread: https://www.wristtwisters.com/forums/...ight-8592.html

thanks guys, yes you want to replace the lighthouse with the 599, perhaps I can have both the internal chassis (the one inside the fork) and the side supports of the 599 year 2004( purchased from a 599 demolished)so 'me I avoid putting spacers in my supports.prima to dismantle all you think you can mount all the components of the 599 04?

hondino, no you cannot fit the internal chassis (the one inside the forks) and the side supports of the 599 headlight onto the 919. you also do not need spacers. the 599 headlight will fit right into the 919 side supports (it's narrow, you'll need to widen it out a little).

This sounds like a really good mod.
2003/4 only 599 headlight unit.
Re-use the 919 brackets.
Get that trick wiring piece to allow both hi & low to be run at the same time.
Good birthday present candidate ! (the necessary parts that is)
