Clear Or Smoke Lenses

I'm looking for some clear or smoke turn signal lenses for my 919. Anybody know where I can get some? I'm just looking for a pair for the front. Thought they would be easy to find, maybe I'm just not looking in the right places.

try "clear alternatives", can't remember for sure if they just sold the lense covers or not.

Me. Thanks.

Took Clear Alternatives clear t/s lenses and custom smoked them using a citronella candle. Came out surprisingly good, matched the Clear Alternatives integrated smoked taillight.

So I take it these are the lenses you bought?

Clear Alternatives: 97-07 ALL HONDA SPORTBIKE TURNSIGNALS<br>92-00 European Honda Turnsignals

They look the same in the picture. I don't have a bike they list to compare the stock 919 ones to.

Yep, that's the ones. They fit a bunch of Honda models and are universal front and rear. Several places sell them, look around for the best price.

I took a citronella candle in a bucket, like the kind you use on your patio, made a cone shaped chimney out of cardboard, held the lenses above the cone and moved them around slowly through the smoke until the inside of the lenses were uniformly the color I wanted. Took a couple of attempts, if you mess up you can just wipe off the soot and start over. Didn't know if it would hold up but it's been 3 years they still look perfect.
