Battery for the 919

So, I have been looking around at info for battery fit and CCA and all that fun crap and happened across this awesomeness
919 Battery / Power issue - need help! - Honda Motorcycles - FireBlades.org

BTW, still looking into battery info. If anyone happens across this and has put a Motocross brand battery into your 919, please let me know which one fits. It looks like the YTZ10S is no more, and the cross references that I've found suck.

The guy installs a 700 Watt sound system on his 9'er and is somehow surprised that the battery gets drained

He'd be better off with a LONG extension cord

Back on subject...
The Ballistic 12-cell will fit in the 919 (snug fit!) and is a whole lot of battery for that bike.

+1! I just installed it last night, btw. It's a perfect fit; you get the weight savings and don't have to deal with a sloppy battery!

after searching a bunch more, I ended up buying the el cheapo ebay battery for $27 shipped. It has a year warranty. I know it's inferior and I will probably catch holy hell for admitting that I bought the cheap crap on here, but it was super cheap.

If I had the cash, the ballistic would be the top of my list, but I'm going to Florida at the end of May and want to bring the kids to some fun places when we're down there. The saved $100 goes straight to the Disney fund.
