Anyone have experience with painting rizoma bars?

So throughout this winter I am doing a restore on my bike that I bought in march. I bought it with Rizoma handlebars, grips, levers, and bar end mirrors. I was curious if anyone has any expirence with painting these bars? I believe they are anodized so I'm curious about the best way of preparing them for paint. I wanted to do powdercoat at first but I believe anodized would be my best bet.

Any input?

Scrub the anodized finish off, this stuff will work.

Greased Lightning Multi-Purpose Cleaner & Degreaser, Super Strength - 32 fl oz

Wash, heated dry and they will be ready for paint.
