Family functions are fun again!

Last Sunday we are to meet up with my SO's side of the family for brunch 50ml away. I'm thinking this will be drudgery caging there on the freeway. We are just about to hop in the cage and my SO senses my apprehension to the day. She asks the question "how about we ride there?". I don't wait for another breath, Definitely!!! So we ATGATT up and went. Her family is amazed even after all the traffic I have a huge grin from naked two wheel bliss. My Brother-IL minivan schlepping two kids is obviously jealous of our transpo. To cheer him up I jumped at the chance to pay the bill. My SO is acquiring the team riding eagle eye and points out potential obstacles over the audio mixer before I notice them. Thus four eyes are making our trips safer! She was so happy to be riding the 9r. What an awesome day!

I've seen two kids, a mother and father on a moped in Mexico a few months back. They were even carrying groceries!

dream.., nice to have someone that enjoys riding as much as you.

Yes, I'm so very fortunate! She even points out subtle observations of other bikes we see on the road. It's amazing.

Been there! Her love for motorcycling was my wakeup call. She shopped for our bike, and never complained about its expenses! It doesn't get any better than that!

Cool to hear Dream. I know how you feel. I get to follow along behind on my bike as my wife rides hers. Does make trips better.

Wow! How does that make you feel? My wife no where near a level where I could endorse her doing that. That's great of you to support your wife's ambitions!

Without me saying a word, my SO took her helmet out last night and buffed it out. Guess that means we are going for a ride this weekend! What ever it takes to make her happy!

That just means "She" is going riding this weekend. If you ever want to ride again, you'd better get a bike just for her!

Sorry the Sister is off the market. But they are very different. I have the adventurous one with a great sense of humor. I keep working for permission to teach my nephews how to ride, but mom is very protective.

At first Ang just wanted to learn to ride. Once she took the MSF course she loved it. Rode my old Kan-a-Tuna for a while and then got her own bike.

She loves it.

That's great! I've met lots of women that are natural riders! Apparently your SO is one of those! It must be very nice to go on dual bike rides.
