Centerstand Lessons

A few weeks ago I did a huge butterfly swim workout. Then lifted the bike many times, the last had extra friction from untidy garage boxes and a heavy givi pack...ouch. After visits to a great Chiropractor I feel great again.

Lessons learned:
1) Don't overdo workouts, even low impact swimming
2) The bike is heavy enough without parking interference or a loaded givi pack.
3) Use the centerstand sparingly, or get assistance.
4) Bend your knees during any heavy lift.
5) Know a great chiropractor.

I'm jealous of Goldwing's hydraulic lift... MisterMike, have you done that mod?

It's better to have loved and lost than live with the psycho for life!
