In my opinion, the M1 rifle is the greatest battle implement ever devised.

Holy crap. Though on my phone it sounds like they rev it up while driving through the occasional piece of drywall.

Those heads look an awful lot like R1 units, sensible if you are looking to avoid all the extra work of making them yourself. If this is the case the power is also right in line with the production Yamaha's only doubled. This also implies a dual plane crank as is standard in the latest model R1, and most if not all American V8's, for the most part confirmed by the sound. From the look of the engine cases (ribbing instead of thicker sections, and given the relatively light weight of the complete bike) it seems that the pattern and foundry work is top notch. Very nicely done!

While a weight over 500 pounds is a bit porky, who cares when you have over 300 HP in your right hand? Any guesses on the MSRP?

If it has already been done, it is safe to assume it is possible to do it.
On the other hand, if it has not been done never assume it is impossible to do it.

Ironically... My lady and I were researching this on the way back from Chicago. Seemed that $35k was the number that stuck in my head.

I think that's for the right side, left side is 3.2% higher due to fluctuations in the value of the US dollar

Good to know, thanks! I figure if I'm getting the snip/tie/burn treatment I won't have much need for the left one anymore (need at least one for posterity) and I might as well get a bike out of the deal while I'm at it.
