9/13 - Ninja Times Square Takeover

Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. is going big with its global debut of its 2013 line of Ninja motorcycles in New York’s Times Square, on Sept. 13, 2012. The company will stream a live feed of the reveal of their latest motorcycles during the “Ninja Times Square Takeover” from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Rider magazine will be there with live and in-person coverage.

I really hope the U.S. market gets that new Ninja 300!!!

That Z1000 looks niiiice! They've got handlebars instead of clip-ons right?

Yeah, the Z1000 has handlebars, the Ninja 1000 has tall clip-ons, above the top triple clamp.
After seeing the new Ninjas in white, I really wanted to see the Z1000 in white too, but the Kawasaki site only shows green...

Here's the Ninja clip-ons

That Ninja 1000, even faired sure is nice. As good of a streetfighter the Z makes, I can't get over that radiator lightning shroud. Maybe a smart paint job can remedy that but looks tacky stock imo.

The Ninja 1000 (even with the fairing) is a fantastic bike! It rides as good as it looks!

I don't care for the radiator shrouds on the Z either, but I like them much better than the shrouds on the CB1000R - which are shaped like true lightning bolts.
