Tony919 at a TrackDay - WooHoo

(I couldn't find the dang track section now that everything has been rearranged, if there still is one, maybe this should be moved there....)

Wanted to say pleasure meeting you today Tony919. I was the track marshal at the first RideSmart trackday of the year today, and had my corner workers black flag some guy riding a NICE 919!

He came in wondering what he had done wrong....only to find out the corner workers had nominated him for the smoothest rider of the day in his level and he had won a prize. I don't think he was happy I black flagged him, but I explained that is the fun of being the track marshal.

So, Tony919, great riding out there. Just proves 919 are quite good at the track. (I have ridden with TexasTraffic at the track and have seen it with him as well.....Maybe Tony919 and TexasTraffic and Rob919 should all show up at the same event and have a 919 trackday.)

DOH! That's what I meant, I know you have done RS events before. Does Rob take his to the track? Maybe you can have 4 9ers there and I can bring my Gixxer. I could then follow you guys and learn how to ride the track better.......

This is a funny thread! I think someone's feelings are hurt.

Thanks Shawn.

I had a blast, it was a little cold early in the morning but still was really fun.
You guys really scare me with the flag, I saw the cw with the black flag at T4 and I said somebody did something really really bad , then saw it again at T8 and this time was almost positive it was me the one being flaged, then when I got to T10 and saw the flag again had no doubt it was me .
After you told me everything was ok I felt really relieved .

I'll see you guys soon.

Tony.

Thanks! Well I guess it depends on which parts you're talking about. The body parts came from Wild Hair Accessories. Wheels are custom wheels from a CBR900RR.
Here's a few pics.
