Power Commander

My kids just gave me a Fathers day card with cash and a pic of a Power Commander. My 919 is an 03 so which is the best unit for my bike and who would have the best price?

Thanks
Rich

I think unless you buy used, PC has the price pretty much regulated. I personally like the idea of the PC3 USB version as serial ports are kinda going away, couldn't comment on the different revisions though.

I think LDH was giving members great prices on PCIIIs (what you want). If you have Satos, he might even send it with a map installed. I would start by sending LDH a PM.

I have Power Commanders on a few of my bikes and bought them from DanKyle. If they weren't the lowest they were just about there and they have a good rep too which was part of my decision.

I should have mentioned LDH sells stuff for Dan Kyle (or they have some arrangement).

LDH can sometimes give members better prices than what you see on Dan Kyle's web site.

So the only diff between a II and a III is USB? I do have a nice laptop that sports an RS232 port, it was rather difficult to locate one in this day and age.
Had to have one for work so as to be able to talk to our JVC QX-1 projector.
How do I find LDH?

Thanks
Rich

Kyle Racing - Roadracing Motorcycles

Tele number on the home page.

I don't think you can even get an old serial model Powercommander anymore but you wouldn't want one. I think the current model is pcIII USB.

The PCIII USB is the only version available for the 919 currently.

Yes I give very special pricing to Wristtwisters members on any parts they need not just for 919's. Ohlins, Powercommander, Marchesini, BST Carbon Wheels, Brembo, Sato Racing, Akrapovic, Yoshimura etc...
