Original NSR250 Ad-page

I just was going through some old folders and found this. It's the ad for my NSR250.

My main focus on this is, "We Like Bikes." Ha, so good.

Still cooler than 3/4 of the stuff on the road.

Didn't you sell her? For shame.......

Yep...I'd trade my RC straight up for that.

Wanna talk?

Didn't think so.

It is one of the coolest bikes around, yes. And yes, I did sell it. I had it and my RC-51 for about a year and a half and the NSR just wasn't getting the attention it deserves. I wish I would own it now that I have more experience(it was my first bike !)

There's not much better in the world than a 2-stroke sport bike. I'm sure the guys on big Brit singles felt the same way when they saw their bikes being phased out but if you are not absolutely perfect on one you're punished for your sins.

You're lucky, it must be under 1% for riders in the US who've ridden a reasonably current one.

About 25 miles from my house.

I was looking around for one and out of no where a guy had one for sale in the local paper! Was crazy.

Anyways. You can go to NSR-WORLD.COM and find some for sale. At any given time there are usually 4 or 5 of them for sale in the United States.

Ok, I don't see any for sale in the US right now but here's one in Canada.

Owning one, you get to have a close relationship with HRC as they are the only ones with parts for them. But they are nice and very reasonable on prices. I rebuilt the top end on mine for around $130!

Otherwise Rising Sun Cycles is a GP Race bike importer. Check out some of the bikes they've sold: link They sold an NSR500v a year or so ago... BRAND new. I think it went for around $90000 if I'm not mistaken.

Hey. I just saw this. That's pretty sweet. I should have done that with my NSR! I probably would have sold it for more than $3200. It took me a little while to discover that I could have sold it for twice that much. Whoops.
