Man that looks great, not overly futuristic, and the colors match well.

I hope it happens, and I hope the price is not sky high like the Harley Price in their 1200 Sporty.

That's not unreasonable

110HP V-twin for 14K.
This is when having a pregnant wife forces me to act like a responsible adult!

Its o.k. I have a V-twin cruiser and my 9'er so I guess this will just have to wait, but if the demo truck rolls through town, I might not be able to control myself!

This isn't a Moto Guzzi but it's still Italian, the 2010 Multistrada 1200.

I've been wanting to try it and now there is a demo day here in SoCal on Saturday May 29th. The flyer says, "Band, BBQ, Stunt Team Show and Demo Rides"
I have no affiliation with this dealership, it just sounds like a nice afternoon to me, if anyone else is planning on going post up.

Flyer found here.....may monster demo picture by sbmotor619 - Photobucket

Don't know what you get in the USA, but in New Zealand we have had the Grisso around for a number of years now. First the 4 valve 1200 then the 8 valve and there is a 800 cc one as well.
Nice bikes to ride - a big difference in the 4 & 8 valve 1200cc engines, ones a steady grunter if a bit underpowered feeling when pushing, the 8 valve engine is a grunter then hits a power band and flys!

Something like NZ$ 23k for the 4 v, 26k for the 8. My local dealer is doing specials presently and they are about 3k less than above.

Two problems there - 1. I don't have 20k to spend on a bike 2. If I did then there are a lot of tasty options out there ...

I can see damaging something with their ignition design setup like that. Not the best idea in my book but hey, their bike, not mine.

I may not have a lot to say but it doesn't mean I don't listen.
