Is it really that damn hard to have a weather map with wind?

I don't like riding in really high winds and I follow certain sites, but it's really a joke. It's almost as if they give the winds AFTER they're over with.

I know weather is a bit "hit and miss" but damn, is it really THAT hard to have the wind speeds as part of the regular weather and to have them accurate?

I downloaded an app, but it was a joke, it was so far off as to be unusable.

Don't know if there is an app, but Weather Underground on the computer works for me prior to the ride.

Try sailflow app, it shows live wind speed.

...also NOAA is pretty accurate with wind predictions, a lot of sailors use their website.
