In fact my neighbor was out mowing his yard today and walked over to chat, he'd never seen them all out of the garage and kind of shook his head.

There's another one at my office shop, the '73 CB350-Four. It was Gin's Uncle's, is actually all set up with a fairing and hard bags so I guess it counts as the other touring bike, just doesn't run and needs restored. The little Vulcan will be sold shortly since the Triumph joined the family, have considered selling a couple of the others but can't decide which ones that might be.

Wow! Nice going. If you enjoy it, why sell it?!

Do you pay any rego fees per year, if so is it expensive? You can be glad you aren't here! Anything over 599cc will soon be costing us in the region of NZ$400-odd dollars per year, per bike (basically doubled in $), because of our ACC levies (gov't based health insurance scheme). They reckon bikers aren't paying our fare share of medical accident related costs, which is bullshit.

Nice collection. And i'd say add to the stable, don't downsize.

No such thing here, expect we'd own far fewer bikes if that was the case!

HA! That's great.
Add any more and you'll have to move to a place with a bigger garage or start parking them in the house... Yeah, a ramp to the front door - that's the ticket!

Seriously? 8 bikes?

You buy bikes like I buys boots. Other than the Vulcan and the little CB, I don't see any sellers in there since you both ride. Touring? Check. Sporty fun? Check. Ridin Dirty? Check. Sounds like you need 6 minimum. The CB you have to keep around for collector's sake.

Did you post up pics of your CB750-Four? That's one addition I'd still like to add to our collection!

Yeah, we have to keep the CB350-Four, it's a legacy from Gin's deceased Uncle George.
