Say Hello to the 275 MPH Tuatara - FoxNews.com

I fail to see how they consider that a "conventional motorcycle". Yes it's a turbo busa, but he's nearly entirely encapsulated.

I fail to see how Bugatti can consider that a conventional car.

You read the short article. It's not an enclosed operator. Though not mentioned, it's not 20 ft long. It has a 1300cc motor. You could ride it on the street with the right wiring and lights.

Now that bike beats that car by 36 mph.

I was only looking at the picture. I suppoooose you could ride that on the street.

The only thing unconventional about the Bugatti is the one meeeeelion dollar price tag. Well, that and maybe the engine. A W16 has to be a thing of beauty. It's basically just a car. An F1 car, now that's unconventional.

Don't get me wrong, that guy is awesome and has more balls than sense. And he beat a million dollar supercar with a turbo busa and some bodywork. I bet he's got $30K-$40k in that bike, tops. The bike is $15K, a couple grand for the turbo and tuning, and a couple grand for the body work.

I'm just bored, so

Bigdaa, almost forgot, not bike related, or car related or, well, sort of bike related. I was trying to check out a Tuono last night and wandering around the showroom my 3yr old son is trying to climb on a "jet ski". It's the new Kawasaki 300X

A 300HP supercharged monster.

It has a 1500cc inline 4 with an Eaton twin vortices roots type intercooled supercharger. Sales guy said 85mph on the water is entirely possible

Figured you want to shoehorn it into your ninja

I can't speak for a W16, as for a W12.... Drove a Bentley Continental Supersports, basicaly the GT suped up, in "Sport" mode. All 12 cylinders cranking at peak HP both Turbo Chargers spooling. I got a semi when I stomped on the pedal and the three of us in the car got literally thrown back into the seats. 621hp, 590ft-lbs is sexy

How in the name of all that's holy did you manage that? I watch battle of the supercars on speed and it did well against the Aston Martin DBS.

A 5,000lb car that does 0-60 under 4 seconds.

Well, long story short, I have a cousin that owns a construction business in New York and he does VERY well for himself. He is a second cousin so his kid who is my age is my 3rd cousin (so we will call him 3rd). 3rd was the one that threw the keys to me and said "Shall we go for a drive?" in that snobby accent you do when you mock rich people, sort of British sort of not. The car was his moms. 3rd is into racing so he talked his mom into buying the Supersports. Needless to say we had fun. My wife was in the car with us. She didn't have quite as much fun but later that night she said the car was cool and sexy.

There's a guy in my neighborhood picked up a CTS-V. Seems like a turd. The guy not the car. Might have to sneak into his garage some night.

Haha, Yeah 3rd has led the life. He has THREE BMW 1 series went over to Germany to pick one up off the factory floor when they first came out. He races two and is now waiting to pick up his M1. He use to race the new BMW made Mini's and then the 1's came out. Nicest guy in the world though, you would never know he had money unless you knew him personaly.

I road next to a Diavel for about 10 miles last month. Any time he twisted his wrist it buckled down and took off like a bat out of hell, didn't matter what speed we were at. We where on the straights so I can't tell you what it is like in the twisties. This was in Parker, CO.
