HD in search of Excellence...

Harley Davidson, in search of Excellence...

there's only one thing standing between HD and excellence...and it's a woman !!

yep, that's a right...my sister-in-law

in a bizarre twist of fate, my brother and I were speakin to HD Execs regarding some plans they have for the future...ground up rebuild of some software and a new program to help dealers

after coming to a tenative agreement that had my bro relocating to milwaukee, his wife (heretofor referred to as 'the G woman'), the G Woman put the kaibash on the relocation...so alas, Harley will have to continue finding it's way without the help of 'the family'...sad but true, somehow i think they'll manage

though it didn't pan out, it was fun contemplating for a few days...the s/w dev thing wasn't a good match for me either but for anyone interested, HD is hiring and the best jobs are those not listed on the website...i suppose if anyone w/ some serious nat'l sales leadership experience is interested, drop me a pm, we've got a batline to the HR director for the time being...

Also, Syracuse is a much nicer place than Milwaukee. You know that Wacasha (sp?) is the "whitest" place in the country. It beat out part of Vermont. Milwaukee also has the highest beer consumption per capita of the US. Doing a root cause analysis, have you ever seen the women up in them thar parts?!

Syracuse is actually very nice, and I'm guessing the Milwakee women look surprisingly like your avatar.

Now you are getting down right nasty. The problem is not the beer or the women (Milwaukee is not that far up thar) it's all the damn rabid badgers and sober transplants that ruin it.

Your stats on Waukesha may be a little off.

Ahhh Schlitz. Need to be an ole timer to understand or even know that beer. Great case study though. If it weren't for dumba$$ management direction and marketing, they would have been Budweiser.

And, stop picking on the love of my life in my avatar!

The County of Waukesha is actually a really nice area. Most of the county is the middle to high income suburb of Milwaukee. The city of Wuakesha is unfortunately rubbish. There are no hard feelings XX I believe every place in this country has its good and its bad. South east WI biggest problem is segregation and profiling.

I once dated a girl from Winsconsin. She was decent enough... but she spent a lot of time talking about cheese and such... And we all know that only good cheese comes from California ... because we have happy cows out here!

Too often we lose sight of life's simple pleasures.
Remember when someone annoys you, that it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown ...
But it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and bitch-slap that mother- upside the head...

Game on the 16th if your interested...

You can't handle Wisconsin... comon admit it. Packers, Harleys, heavy girls that can kick the crap out of you!

Honeslty it isn't a bad place to live. Fairly stable. Decent schools for the $$$. Taxes can kill ya if you get stoopid with a house. But it has problems just like any big City would.

MOVE here.... you'll like it.
