here are some current pictures of the bike with her new tins as well as my fiancee as i promised. the addition of the givi crash bars and cheap-o ebay crash guards were installed after these pix were taken. check out the hotness (yes bike is included but secondary....)
You got the best of both worlds. Congratulations. If you don't mind me being so nosey, any thoughts on kids in the future? BTW my friend told me Portland has some great microbreweries. I like the Deschutes inversion IPA. Damn that's good beer.
you guys crack me up. yes we would like to have kids in the future, we just want to be married for a few years before we go down that path and we want to adopt atleast one kid as well. for now, she is starting her second term of grad school and i have 2 terms left to finish my double major before i start grad school. from there, we're hoping to find a good deal through some organization or peace corps to travel and do some work internationally before coming back home to settle down and start on the kids (with a lot of practicing until then of course! )
we're just doing things different than most which is a struggle, but also fun. we dont have sex, and we dont live together so it makes looking forward to the wedding all that much more exciting. i've been through 3 divorces and never been married, so i intend to get married once and be done with it. my fiancee lived with an ex for nearly 6 years who was a controlling, demanding pervert so this was hard for her and wanted to live together at first. now she is glad we dont and our relationship is stronger because of this we believe. not to mention she's a hell of a strong woman! only 25 and she already survived through breast cancer, she blows me away.
so now that you've seen my ugly mug, to everyone. my humor matches my face so hopefully that gives everyone a better understanding
Congrats to both of you!! You are less crippled than I was led to believe on your sigline, and she is beautiful! You'll do well together!! Great looking 9er too! Dave.
lol! thanks! believe it or not, but i was referred to as cripple right in front of me from 1 person to another person mid conversation along with my older brother and it's pretty much become a family joke. i've been labeled as retarded, deaf/dumb, mute, etc. asked if i could drive, how i even ride, read english, know braile, and so on. makes for quite a show
thanks for the comments guys. guess i i'll have 2 919s to ride instead of just 1 come november eh?
Congrats man! Great to hear you are staying away from one another until the big day, an awesome albeit tough road! my wife and i did that! well, didnt do it, well you know! made the honeymoon that much more fun!
