My friend has a brother living in Canada. He is helping us get our hands on
some of those bikes that the mfg's never saw fit to bring into the states. I
just got a call - it seems he found and purchased me a nice clean 27,ooo km
1993 VFR400 (NC30).

How hard is it to get parts for these things?
Parts like - Fork Seals, Voltage Regulator

Was the 1995-1997 VFR400 (NC35) sold in Canada?

How about the CBR250RR ? From something like 1994

Very hard. Most valve train parts for the first gen Interceptors are NLA.

I suggest that you join VFR World and post to the 1st Generation forum. There are only a few around North America, but I think a few members there have one.

The 500 shared some parts, so you might have a good selection of used parts available.

VFR400 and CBR250RR were never sold new in Canada, these are "Grey Market' imports. Some parts may be the same as domestic market bikes, but you would need a Japanese parts fiche to cross reference part numbers. Regulator/rectifier upgrade is a common mod on these bikes. Keep in mind the NC30 has an 18" rear wheel (like the RC30) so tire choices are limited.
