I'm not on the road yet but have been working on the bike all weekend so far....last weekend too.
I got my Iridium plugs, BMC air filter, EBC HH pads front and rear installed. I also did my first valve inspection and bleed the brakes. Everything was within spec and I didn't have to pull those spinning valve acutating thingys. Finally I flushed and refilled the coolant. Oh, and I removed the SAI/Pair valve and stuck a bolt in its place to eliminate that system.
I can't hit the road until the materials come in for my pipe which is currently in pieces after gutting it and also removing the cat from the header.....I'm follwing in others footsteps and replicating a Triumph aftermarket can which is very easy to do if starting with one of their OEM jobbers.
Tomorrow I will install the new Shoria battery and open up my clutch for the second time in as many years in order to replace an "updated" plunger doohicky from Triumph.
Its been a long weekend already. Time for some scotch. I bought myself a bottle of 18yr old Chivas in order to celebrate the progress.
