SW North Carolina Question???

Anyone know about the Beaver Dam Road/Joe Brown
highway loop (out of Murphy SW of Robbinsville)? It looks interesting but I can't tell road conditions??

I don't get over that way much, but if you want to go there, why not just go to the dragon? It's only 30 minutes NW of Robbinsville.

We will be there for a week. The Dragon is in the cards for sure. I was plotting a
cherohala loop and it passes right by the roads I mentioned. they may (or may not) be an interesting loop within my loop.

Although it's not the loop in question it looks interesting. We are spending a couple of days in Asheville.
What are the speed limits on Buffalo Shoals Road?
