This is not my video.
I have done this road last year and it soooo much fun.
I hope to go back this year.

My very favorite road to ride -- Glendora Mountain Road / Glendora Ridge Road from the Glendora side to Mt. Baldy village. 325 turns packed into 21.4 miles. https://www.google.com/maps/dir/Boul...34.2363809!3e0 First ridden on my trusty Honda 90 in 1968, over the greater than 40 years I have been riding it it taught me how to go fast smoothly, slide into and out of corners, integrate seemingly separate corners into a unified turn, trail brake -- in short how to ride properly.

The bottom of inset 1 is where I hit 8,700 rpm in top gear on my 919 -- about 138 miles per hour. BTW, the turnout at the top is where my '88 Hawk turned 100,000 miles.

Inset 2 is perversely one of my most noteworthy spots. The Green circle is where my trusty Suzuki 380 and I came to rest after hitting a Royal Enfield head on in a blind right hander. The Red circle is where the Royal Enfield came to rest, and the red oval is where the other rider stopped, and subsequently died.

If it has already been done, it is safe to assume it is possible to do it.
On the other hand, if it has not been done never assume it is impossible to do it.

My second most favorite road: Piuma road in the Santa Monica mountains. The red circle is where I used to live.

That's right -- it was on the premier twisty road on the planet. Great to blow off some steam after a hard day, and the focal point of many a group ride: https://www.google.com/maps/dir/34.0...007cdc!1m0!3e0 Zoom out to see the large number of fantastic roads in the area.

A thread chronicling the group rides: https://www.wristtwisters.com/forums/...ide-12015.html
