Great Ride Report From ADVRider

Caught this on another forum and had to share. I would L-O-V-E to go ride out there. Heck, I'm just waiting for it to rain and the temps to hit 35 and I'll be out.

! may be going to hell in a bucket, - ADVrider

WOW!!! Frank takes better pics while in motion on two wheels than I could while standing still on two feet. Amazing photog work!

Which reminds me... need to work on a camera mount for the 9er or invest in a smaller, cheaper point & shoot before May.

I am thinking about either this...
DIY Motorcycle Camera Mount - Video
Note: This is not me, but could be someone here.

or this...

If I go with the latter style, I will probably mount it to the fork or maybe on on my Givi crash bars.

Either way, I will get some sort of rubber to wrap around the mount surface to help limit the vibrations.

That's the one I had in mind.

It has occurred to me that, not only does the guy on ADVRider have well practiced skill in taking photos,
but his camera probably cost close to what I could sell my bike for right now....
*sigh* I'm already depressed about my vacation shots

oh well. I'll do the best I can.

... but wouldn't it be sweet to be able to show off your vacation pics & have them look THAT good??

Wow makes me want to go riding in the mountains, too bad CO mountains are freezing right now. I wonder if he has one of those Hero Wide video cameras? I believe you can take still shots from it.
