Got Me a Box of Crayons . . . .

I colored in 19 states - 11 of 'em new, did a BB1500 and rode my 919 over 4,000 miles.

Sorry about the copy/pasty thing but this is a big report. Enjoy!

Thanks. I converted these old PIAA driving beams to HID. I just use them for long trips when I know I'll be caught out in the middle of nowhere at night. Otherwise they're useless - I mean if there's anybody else on the same side of the horizon as me, I can't turn 'em on.

I did the same thing to a pair of Hella projector type fog lights and they're a little tamer.

Thanks. I remember reading an awe inspiring cross-country trip report posted by a guy with a bike exactly like mine to which I responded, "one of these days." He said to me "just make the time, mark the calendar and DO IT!" So I did. Now I'm returning the favor.

BTW: The 919 performed flawlessly.

Looked like a fantastic trip! You were logging crazy amount of miles.

I live 10 minutes from Manassas. And my parents own a house in Beaumont. lol!

Wow! Small world. Next time I'll look you up for a ride. My girl and her husband live next door to the race track.
