A COUPLE PICS FROM YESTERDAYS RIDE

My favorite.

Yes there are beaches in Iowa, of course they're empty when it's 50 degrees.

No way I would have gotten this close with a shotgun.

Saylorville lake area.

Cool little church in the middle of nowhere.

A couple "pets" at Jester park.

Nice pics, looked like a nice day for a ride. I've got to get out for a ride, it's rained the past few weekends and I'm ready to go.

Shinko Raven 009. Almost 2000 miles and it shows little or no wear. My first set of Shinkos and I'm impressed.

Nice picks!

I wish I could take 6 months off and just ride around the country and see places like this.

No, Saylorville lake, Big Creek park, & Jester park just north of Des Moines.

In fact you can see Downtown Des Moines in the 6th picture down.

Ah right, how could I miss that skyline with BOTH its skyscrapers? :001_smile:

I'm back home in Indiana after spending most of the last three weeks with my Mom in southeastern Iowa, seems that our fall colors are a little more vibrant here than they were out there, don't know if it had to do with all the rain Iowa got this year or what?
